After a hectic day of travelling to Istanbul we decided to check out the contemporary japanese restaurant, Zuma.

Our table overlooked the Bosphorus, and there were millions of candles everywhere - it was an idyllic setting which matched the most amazing food. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes sushi and other japanese food - it was wonderful and I'm definitely going to the Knightsbridge branch soon.

It was the kind of restaurant where you ordered lots of little things, so we shared everything but this is what I ordered:

maguro no
(seared tuna with chilli daikon and ponzu sauce)
ika no kari kari age
(crispy fried squid with green chilli and salt)
spicy tuna roll
(tuna, homemade chilli miso and yuzu tobiko)
